Hundreds of Exhibit and Event industry professionals will gather on March 29th, 2011, at The Four Seasons Hotel at Mandalay bay, Las Vegas to choose, recognize and celebrate best-in-class portable modular exhibit design from around the world. The showcase of MOD’ 11, the 2011 MOD Awards, will honor the best portable modular design in seven categories including the prestigious BEST OF MOD Award. Finalists in each category will be pre-selected by the Editors of Exhibit City News and a distinguished panel of judges. All MOD Award winners will be selected live at the event by the attendees:

The Administrative Conference of the United States has published Recommendation 2010-1, Agency Procedures for Considering Preemption of State Law, which was adopted at its Fifty-third Plenary Session on December 9-10, 2010. This is the first recommendation adopted since the Administrative Conference was reestablished in 2010, and joins the approximately 200 recommendations approved by the Administrative Conference between 1968 and 1995.
